Job Location: Pune

Responsibilities:
· Ability to understand customer issue and route to appropriate team
· Ticket Creation/Categorization/Prioritization
· Incident resolution and recovery
· Ensure on meeting daily KPIs
· Receiving and making end user calls
· Provide first level resolutions
· Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
Requirements:
· Overall Experience-
1 to 3 years
· Mandatory Experience-
Minimum 1 year experience in an International BPO.
Experience in Voice/Semi Voice process.
Expertise in Technical Skills.
· Desirable Experience-
Experience in International Calling
Experience in Technical Support domain
Experience in Salesforce, CRM
Excellent Customer handling skills
· Others-
Understanding of Salesforce, CRM applications – functionalities which can be used via Salesforce
Exposure and experience in L1 Support
