Opening for AR Caller / Sr.AR caller

Interview Date & time: Monday - Friday (5.00 pm - 8.00 pm)

Please find the JD For AR Caller !!

1.Excellent written and oral communication skills
2.Minimum 6 months of experience in AR calling is Mandatory.
3.Understand Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of US Health-care providers
4.Basic knowledge on Denials and immediate action to resolve them
5.Follow up on the claims for collection of payment
6.Responsible for calling insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables
7.Should be able to resolve billing issues that have resulted in delay in payment
8.Must be spontaneous and have high energy level
9.Should be flexible to work in night shifts

*US shift
*Cab provided (both pick up and drop)
* 5 days work (Weekends OFF)
* Job location (Chennai, Coimbatore)
