    1. Ensure to provide proficient and professional food & beverage service to the guest by meeting and also exceeding their expectations.
    2. Welcome the guest by greeting them as per the standards.
    3. Any matter which may affect the interests of hotel should be brought to the attention of the management.
    4. Provides a friendly and personalized welcome for guests.
    5. Establishes good relations with guests,offering advice and fostering customer loyalty.
    6. Promotes the F&B offer.
    7. May be asked to receive deliveries and check food items.
    8. Before every workshift, finds out about dish composition and any shortages.
    9. Organizes his/her work to suit fluctuations in numbers, events and guests.
    10. Ensures the equipment used remains in good condition.
    11. Communicates an works in close and constant cooperation with the kitchen to ensure an excellent standards of service.
