Monitor, Troubleshoot & diagnosis the batchjob failures. Installation, Upgrade & uninstallation of TWS in UNIX, WINDOWS, LINUX platforms. Monitor, Troubleshoot & diagnosis the TWS application issues. Handling customer complaints and escalations. Incident (Critical & Non-Critical) & request handling. Developing scripts to administer the TWS application/eliminate efforts. Writing Technical Documentation and Reporting.
