Quality Control Team members
Job Description
QC team members deliver the error free product to the customer requirements by implementing the established quality principles, systems, methods, tools, standards, customer expectations and satisfaction, improvement systems, and attaining of 100% quality and right at first time

Knowledge & Skills Required
Quality control testing and inspection experience, installation of precast ,jet grouting, deep foundations and cast in place concrete structures
Management of a quality control program for a high rise civil construction project
Ability to work with and communicate effectively with subcontractors, PM , engineering staff, consultants and owner's representatives
Ability to coordinate and manage inspection staff and inspection and testing subcontractors
Ability to record and organize all necessary documentation to memorialize the implementation, maintenance and effectiveness of the Quality Control Program
Ability to speak clearly and exercise good judgment
Ability to work under pressure

Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure all work meets or exceeds the contract specifications and standard of excellence
Ensure all material quality meet or exceed the contract specifications
Ensure the process quality meet or exceed the contract specification and customer expectation
To be able to document, monitor, track, and submit laboratory data
Coordinate and schedule field testing and performance QA/QC inspections
Monitor daily construction activities and materials delivered to the site
Review all special inspection and material testing perform by third parties
Document all inspection and testing in QC reports
Responsible for the implementation and management of the Quality Control Program, including the coordination, performance and execution of construction inspection and testing services for the project
The QC members responsible for assuring that the quality of the work meets or exceeds the project's contractual requirements, and maintains the standard of excellence
Ensure the adherence of quality principles, systems, methods, tools, standards, , customer expectations and satisfaction, supplier relations and performance, improvement systems, and attaining of 100% defect free product and right at first time

Responsible for day wise collect the RFI's from Construction Manager and Distribute to area QC Engineers in accordance with the site progress of work
Responsible for day wise monitoring the QC checklist status from area Qc Engineers cleared, not cleared and comments given
Responsible for MIS report for the work done to HO in the prescribed format
Responsible for release in SAP for incoming materials forfurther use after finalize the quality inspection
Responsible for release the labour bill and vendor bills after finalize the QC inspection clearance
