- Support and Facilitate the smooth and effective functioning business by effective Planning and implementation administration plans and Budget of the organization

- Supervising skills , Administrative skills , public relation , people management , Managing Processes, Organization, Communication Processes, Disciplining Employees, Motivating Others, Improvement, Reporting Skills
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing and controlling of local Local Conveyance:
- Co-ordination with statutory authorities
- Maintenance of Admin and IT assets
- Payment of Electricity Bill:
- Arranging stationery requirement
- Security Management:
- Monitoring and safeguarding of sites and labour camp from thefts and other hazards
- Monitoring and controlling of staff ,visitors, vendors , contractors , customers
- Goods movement
- Monitoring and controlling of f attendance , leave, permission , od , uniforms ,shoes ETC for all staff
- Organising and administering lunch , tea , Drinking water , Chairs , tables , systems , network, email, sap ID , CCTV, Hand camera, Mobile connections and other admin requirements
- Admin in charge to maintain the registers ( in and out of no
- of labours)
- Organising and administering Facility Management activities like Garbage Cleaning
- waste removal,
- Sewage Removal , pest control and house keeping at regular intervals
- Managing and controlling general admin works
