  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • Processing and controlling of local Local Conveyance:
  • Co-ordination with statutory authorities
  • Maintenance of Admin and IT assets
  • Payment of Electricity Bill:
  • Arranging stationery requirement
  • Security Management:
  • Monitoring and safeguarding of sites and labour camp from thefts and other hazards
  • Monitoring and controlling of staff ,visitors, vendors , contractors , customers
  • Goods movement
  • Monitoring and controlling of f attendance , leave, permission , od , uniforms ,shoes ETC for all staff
  • Organising and administering lunch , tea , Drinking water , Chairs , tables , systems , network, email, sap ID , CCTV, Hand camera, Mobile connections and other admin requirements
  • Admin in charge to maintain the registers ( in and out of no
  • of labours)
  • Organising and administering Facility Management activities like Garbage Cleaning
  • waste removal,
  • Sewage Removal , pest control and house keeping at regular intervals
  • Managing and controlling general admin works
