Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Soliton team to make Soliton an open, enjoyable, high performance workplace that reflects our core values of respect, integrity, excellence, and innovation.
- Work with Soliton’s business and leadership team to ensure that the decisions being made are conducive to making Soliton a great place to work.
- Provide hands-on leadership to the hiring team (internal and external) to attract and hire the right people who can be successful in Soliton and help Soliton succeed.
- Develop internal training capability and work with external partners to help training and development our people to reach their full potential.
- Work with all the stakeholders to roll out all key people processes including performance management, compensation & benefits, and training & development programs.
- Contribute to the organizational design process and in succession planning for all key roles.

Qualifications and Attributes:
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR including 4+ years as HRBP.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business or organization development (but not a must)
- Build trust through open communication that is respectful and clear
- Ability to communicate effectively to a group or in 1-1 meetings.
- A Level 5 Leader and can work independently or collaboratively based on the situation
- Strong business partner, solution-oriented with an ability to influence business leaders.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity in an agile working environment.
- Ability to bring structure and discipline in areas that we decide need to be structured.
- Track record of designing and implementing effective systems and processes
- High learning agility and with good business acumen
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
