Qualification/Competencies Required
- UG/PG in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Good understanding of Object Oriented Principles & Design patterns
- Hands on experience in software development in Java in multithreaded environment
- Experience working with databases JDBC/ORM (Hibernate), Spring
- Experience in at least two different java frameworks preferred
- Experience in XML is a must
- Exposure to configuration and validation tools (like SVN/Git, Jenkins, etc)
- Exposure to project management processes and practices, particularly in Agile Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to the following will be an added advantage:
- AngularJS, Eclipse Plugin Development
- Big Data Tools like Hadoop and Hive
- Big Data Databases like Cassandra
- Good analytical, quantitative and data interpretation skills
- Good documentation and presentation skills

Job Description
- As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module or a project
- Code design and development of multi-threaded Java application with specific focus on performance and memory usage
- Shall contribute within agile framework in bi-weekly or monthly sprints
- Interact with customer/sales teams to understand business requirements and prepare product backlogs
- Shall play the role of a scrum master or product owner
- Shall ensure development is as per the standards – in terms of services, standard practices, guidelines and performance
- Versatile in learning new technologies, tools and soft skills required to accomplish business objectives
- Mentor and lead a team of design & software engineers
- High performing candidates can expect to represent the company at customer locations outside India and international technology trade fairs
